Lifes Conflicts
Ever wonder why you can remain motionless in life and nothing happens, it's because there is balance, the thing called "enthalpy," the least amount of energy being consumed and created. But, with every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, so once we begin to fight the forces of friction and get moving again, we encounter "entropy", disorder, and bump into the worlds of other people, events, and situations, thus creating a reaction.
Realize that, if we lived in a vacuum, then indeed, there would be no friction. However, a vacuum is a localized environment and you won't get very far. But, since we do exist in a Universe of other entities, all trying to get somewhere, there is bound to be a conflict or two along the way.
To deal with conflict, do not always accept the situation as your own. By accepting every single conflict that you encounter as something of your own creation or weakness, you then become a lightning rod for problems. If a conflict exists, it will find you. Realize that conflict and challenges will arise and you will deal with them as they come along, and take responsibility for that which is truly yours; however, leave the rest for someone else to handle, as it is their lesson and not your own.
We all have problems in life. It is part of life. We usually attract conflict the minute that we make a move toward something we desire, as balance must be maintained. Making forward momentum work for you will create its own share of lessons and there is no time to dawdle with situations that are not yours. It only creates more friction and keeps you stationary in your life.
Expert Tidbit
Water is a natural appetite suppressant. Lack of water can lead to over eating. You brain does not differentiate between hunger and thirst. So, when you think you are feeling hungry, your body may in fact be signalling to you that you are thirsty! Drink water instead of snacking. Try it! You have nothing to lose, except some weight.
